We reserve the right to decline any project that we determine to be unsafe, impractical, or outside the scope of our expertise.
3. Quotes and Pricing
All quotes provided are estimates based on the information available at the time of assessment. Final pricing may vary if site conditions, project scope, or material costs change. We will notify you of any price changes before proceeding with additional work. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. We typically require a deposit before starting work, with the balance due upon completion. Accepted payment methods include cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may be subject to additional fees as specified in your agreement.
5. Scheduling and Cancellations
We will work with you to schedule your project at a mutually convenient time. Weather conditions, material availability, and other factors may affect scheduling. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations made with less notice may result in a cancellation fee to cover costs already incurred.
6. Warranties and Guarantees
We stand behind the quality of our work. Warranty terms will be specified in your service agreement and vary based on the type of work performed. Our warranties cover defects in workmanship but do not cover damage caused by improper use, lack of maintenance, settling, natural disasters, or other factors beyond our control.
7. Liability Limitations
While we carry comprehensive insurance and take every precaution to protect your property, we are not liable for pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, or damage caused by factors outside our control. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information about your property, obtaining necessary permits where required, and ensuring clear access to the work area. You must notify us of any underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other hidden features before we begin work. Failure to provide complete information may result in additional costs or project delays.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of Paso Robles Concrete Contractors and is protected by copyright law. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from this website without our written permission.
10. Dispute Resolution
